A simple “to do” list for advertisers
1. Call the Oregon Beer Growler, 503-687-1253, and let the nice people do everything for you.

Your advertising representative will generally take you through the following steps:
1. Decide what you hope to achieve with advertising: Brand recognition? A special event or sale? If you decide on a clear message, we can help you deliver it to Oregon’s craft beer community.
2. Decide on an annual budget for your advertising. Our insertion orders give you plenty of flexibility to change sizes. Also, you get free color and free art services.
3. Assemble artwork: Logos, product photos, pictures, or just your ideas in writing can all be turned into beautiful advertising by our talented graphic artist. Please be sure your files are “high resolution“ or 300 dpi (dots per inch).
4. Send your artwork, with a description of your ideas, to the above e-mail address.
5. Fill out an insertion order and send it to us, also via e-mail (above) or snail mail, 611 NE Third St., McMinnville, OR 97128. This will tell us how you want to run the ad, how you would like to be billed and how you intend to pay. Hey, we take credit cards!
6. Within a few days, we will send you a “proof” of your ad. Please check it and send back any adjustments you’d like to make.
7. Deadlines to complete an ad are generally around the 10th of the month BEFORE your ad is published. The earlier you get started, the better we can serve you!
